Rick Lewis is the Managing Partner and President of RPC Machine Learning/AI Consulting Group, where he brings over twenty-five years of experience in consulting with C-Level and Executive Teams on technology solutions, product management, and project management to meet process improvement needs. He attributes his success to one consistent mantra: "We will always do the right thing for our clients, consultants, and internal employees."
Under Rick's leadership, RPC has cultivated a tight-knit team, many of whom have worked together with him for years, fostering a culture of collaboration that consistently delivers tangible results.

Chad Kelly
As a reliable and outcome-oriented senior executive in the technology industry, Chad Kelly has been helping clients keep pace with evolving business and technology demands by assessing their needs and introducing innovative workforce solutions tailored to those needs. With extensive experience across solution sales, operations management, and business ownership, Chad possesses a unique blend of business acumen, technical skills, and relationship-building abilities that have been instrumental to his success.
A natural-born leader, Chad is known for taking a hands-on approach to developing high-performing teams, accomplishing complex projects, and optimizing productivity through strategic planning. He also values honesty, integrity, transparency, and loyalty in all aspects of his personal and professional life. Thus, he has earned a reputation as a master relationship builder who can forge trustful connections with people from all walks of life.
Currently, Chad works as a partner of the Professional Services Division at RPC Company. He is responsible for building high-caliber teams and developing new workforce solutions leveraging solid business and technical acumen. Chad also ensures the delivery of best-in-class customer service while promoting product/service offerings to both prospective and existing clients. Through persevering effort, he focuses on generating new revenue streams to meet the organization’s revenue and profit targets.
Before entering the workforce, Chad pursued a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Oklahoma, Michael F. Price College of Business. This gave him the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in a highly competitive job market. Through dedication, Chad successfully graduated with flying colors being on the Dean’s List.
With more than 20 years of experience in operations, sales leadership, key account management, new business development, and client services, Chad has contributed to various organizations in meeting their aggressive goals. This is evident through numerous President’s Club awards he received throughout his career.
To maintain a healthy work-life balance, Chad enjoys his leisure time traveling with his family, playing golf, and spending quality time with friends.
Beth Carden
With over two decades of experience in the recruitment industry, she has had the privilege of wearing multiple professional hats. Over the years, Beth has seamlessly transitioned from roles such as Career Counselor, IT Account Executive, IT Executive Director, Management Consultant, Marketing Director and IT Recruiter to her current specialization in Professional Services IT Recruitment. She is passionate about delivering recruitment success and exceeding client expectations in the dynamic and competitive IT market. Beth is a positive, energetic recruiter who truly “loves” the job! Beth possesses extensive experience recruiting C-Level and Executive level Consultants to Enterprise-level Companies.
Beth’s core competencies include designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, hiring and mentoring high-performing teams, managing and retaining a large pool of consultants, and building and maintaining strong relationships with account executives, hiring managers and key stakeholders. She responsible for finding and attracting the best talent to RPC by understanding our client’s strategic talent needs, building relationships and serving as a candidate advocate for talent acquisition. She oversees the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates, to negotiating and closing deals, to providing ongoing support and feedback. She also maintains and develops long-term relationships with clients, understanding their vision, values, culture, and expectations, and delivering suitable recruitment solutions. Beth is proud to be part of a team that values quality, integrity, and diversity, and strives to make a positive impact on the IT industry.
Beth holds a Master’s Degree, 15x President's Club Trip Winner, and has been a top producer for many years. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, watching her son play baseball, loving on dogs, and doing CrossFit.
