As a RPC employee, health and security are vital to your success. RPC Staffing provides employees with a comprehensive set of benefits to ensure the wellbeing of you and your family.

Medical Coverage

Our medical plan provides comprehensive coverage that includes preventive care, an excellent prescription drug program, a wide network of health care providers, and out-of pocket maximums that protect your bottom line.

We’re using Assured Benefits Administrators (ABA) as third party administrator that using UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus Network. Click here to see the provider directory

Employee will be eligible to enroll this plan after working at least 30 hours per week for minimum 60 days. Premium is 9.5% from gross check weekly and maximum $443.42 per month for Employee Only. You can download the SBC in here.

ESC Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan - Supplemental Healthcare Plan

The ESC Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan is designed to cover the most common medical needs at an easy-to-afford price.

  • Provides immediate coverage for inpatient and outpatient claims such as doctor’s office visits, prescription drugs, labs, x-rays, urgent care, emergency room visits, surgery, and other day-to-day claims.

  • Doesn’t have copays, deductibles, or waiting periods.

  • Premium is affordable and automatically deducted from the employee’s paycheck, removing the stress of having to manually remit payment.

  • Includes access to PlushCare’s virtual primary care services, covered under the doctor’s office benefit, providing employees with same-day virtual doctor’s appointments, 24/7 care team chat, and more.

  • Is accompanied by other benefit options, including dental, vision, term life, and short-term disability coverage with additional premiums.

The weekly rate for Medical Only are $19.98 for Employee Only, $37.96 for Employee+Spouse, $33.17 for Employee+Children, $50.55 for Employee+Family

Supplemental Health Coverage with no Out-of-Pocket cost

Because we care about our employees, we have made a preventive care program available, with no out-of-pocket cost to you.

We partnered with LLH Healthcare to provide this benefits. This does NOT replace your current medical plan but provides you unlimited access to additional resources to living a healthier lifestyle.

The LLH Healthcare benefits plan includes:

  • Virtual Primary Care dedicated to developing a tailored care plan for members (and family) with specialized, ongoing care for chronic conditions with $0.00 copay.

  • Virtual Urgent Care with unlimited access and $0.00 copay.

  • Virtual Behavior Health that includes comprehensive therapy, counseling, psychiatry, and medication management with $0.00 copay.

  • Prescription Benefit with access to approximately 65 generic urgent and chronic care prescriptions accepted at over 70K pharmacies or Home Delivery at no additional cost.

  • Unlimited Coaching to assist with fitness, quitting smoking, customized diet plans and much more.

  • Reimbursements for certain qualified Hospital medical costs.

You will automatically enroll for the program immediately on your first paycheck, if eligible based on your tax savings.
