Growing and looking for exceptional contact center representatives with inbound and/or outbound call center experience and email, chat and social media contact experience.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Experience Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding operations, service, quality and customer satisfaction performance metrics to help deliver exceptional client/customer experiences.Responsibilities:• Ensure a great experience when responding to and resolving inbound contact requests and inquiries and service issues.• Deal directly with customers either by telephone• Respond promptly to customer inquiries• Handle and resolve customer complaints• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to -Handle product and service inquiries• Provide pricing and delivery information• Perform customer verification's• Set up new customer accounts• Process orders, forms, applications and requests• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource• Manage customers' accounts• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints• Record details of actions taken• Build loyalty when receiving Incoming customer contacts• Actively Listen to Meet and exceed customer/client expectations of delight• Maintain a high level of patience and professionalism with customers• Ability to multi task• Exhibit punctuality and reliability with regards to your work schedule• Ability to meet stringent quality assessments standards and call monitoring requirements• Achieve and exceed performance and productivity standards• Fosters team building• Other duties as assigned.• Previous experience working in and/or with car dealerships in their service department as a service advisor or service scheduler is a PLUS!Qualifications and Education Requirements• High School Diploma or GED• 3+ months call center inbound /or outbound customer service and/or sales experience• Computer and typing skills (Data entry) 30 wpm• Detail and follow through oriented• Previous experience working in and/or with car dealerships in their service department as a service advisor or service scheduler is a PLUS!• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills• Background check and drug test required.Preferred Skills• 6+ months of call center inbound and/or outbound customer service and/or sales experience• In-depth knowledge of consumer auto dealerships and or contact center operations preferred
